The staff is amazing. They were helpful and explained all the dishes. The food was wonderful, and the buffet was a bargain. Each of the dishes were amazing. I can't express enough how friendly and amazing the staff were. I highly recommend Masala Heaven.
Best service with amazing people. Authentic, delicious food. Spotless restaurant! Lamb saag 5-stars, Lamb curry (medium) 5-stars. Garlic naan was fluffy and soft. Med heat was great for us, it made my nose run and lips tingle but didn't take away from the flavor. Highly recommend!
The best Indian buffet in Syracuse. The price is amazing and they have all the staple dishes one would expect. I always get my fill and every single buffet item was delicious.
This place is amazing. I drive 30 min just to come here. Right away, we are greeted enthusiastically. All staff periodically checks on all tables to ensure service and food are above expectations. Today, they were serving samples of their ice cream: my favorite was the pistachio nut. Their mango lassi tastes better than the other Indian spots. The buffet stays stocked. You won’t regret coming here!
Didn’t have a chance to upload photos but this was our 2nd time here. Food is prepared fresh and tastes authentic. Talking to the owner, who is very kind, told us the food is made from scratch. We’ve visited all the Indian restaurants Syracuse has the offer and this is one of our favorites. They are independently owned and the owner is from Punjab. Very highly recommended. Still haven’t tried their pizza and wings which I am intrigued by. Edit: We’ve since been here regularly. It is our favorite and the best Indian restaurant in Syracuse. Tried the pizza and wings and was pleasantly surprised. Buffet has a rotating menu and I love when they have the pakoras and mini samosas. Their desserts, naan, and wide variety of popular dishes along with unique items makes Masala Heaven worth the value. Added some photos of chicken tikka pizza and shawarma wings, which were fantastic ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We visited today to experience a wider selection of breakfast items and were delighted by the Halwa, Chana, and Puri, which evoked fond memories of home. The food is exceptionally flavorful, and the staff has been incredibly friendly and courteous. Additionally, I would rate the cleanliness a perfect 10 out of 10. I’ve been in fort drum for 2 years. Every now and then when I felt like eating Indian food I used to drive to CANADA just for some good food. Well, from today I won’t have to coz this is the place. I was looking for a good Indian restaurant for years in Syracuse area and left disappointed until now. Food, service & environment is top notch
The food was amazing! Waiters are very nice and polite :). Only thing I didn’t like was that the food was a lil bit cold, but when I told them. They gave me a new fresh dish what was hot!. This place just started around here but I think it needs more recognition because of what an amazing restaurant it is!
